Description
In Portland Oregon there is a jail that was built and never used. One of the empty corridors has this wonderful hum. Sometimes some people go by as I'm recording to do other tasks. You can cut those out to have just the hum if you want. But I think the voices sound kind of nice in such a stark and terrible place.
