Press I to open the inventory BUT THERE IS A CREEPY FINGER SLIDING ACROSS THE SCREEN! Use WASD to move BUT A CORPSE FALLS FROM THE CEILING WHEN YOU TAKE THE FIRST STEP! Use the mouse to look around BUT IN THE SHADOW OF THE CORNER OF THE ROOM IS A SPIDER BABY WITH GLOWING RED EYES! Press space to jump.
Created by layering multiple piano notes and drums at the same time in FL Studio and passing the output through Quadrant VST. This was made in a batch of 14, many of which were cleaned up (click removal, fading, levelling, normalization) where necessary in RX and Audacity:
