Solar Eclipse, 92%, Part 1b (96).wav

by InspectorJ

Description

Raw audio of the solar eclipse soundscape at 92% totality just north-west of Jacksonville, Florida in Callahan. This recording is the second part of the 1st recording that was started at 1:23PM (a few minutes after the start of the eclipse) and ends at 2:20PM. An unfortunate storm and cloud cover rolled in mere minutes before the event began. Nevertheless, this was what it sounded like in Callahan.

The audio is raw except that I removed a few scattered seconds of artifacts and clicks as well as reduced the volume of a lightning strike. This is the original audio recording at 96kHz/24-bit stereo.
