I received this phone message last week. The accent is slight but obvious.

"This is Kevin Williams calling you from Criminal Justice Legal Law Services, and my message is strictly intended for you. We have received a complaint about you in reference to 3 allegations, and as a result an arrest warrant is just about to be issued under your name. So the ready second you receive this message I need you to return the call on 347-809-5465. The issue at hand is extremely time sensitive, and if you don’t return the call then your arrest warrant will be [apprised?] and be issued to the legal officers to take a strong legal action against you. Goodbye."

Don't fall for this nonsense!

BTW, I tried posting this on wikipedia here:
