Recorded from a Siemens Kleinsuper A8 tube-driven radio.
Those devices were sold in 1958 and 1959. Recorded with a t.bone SC450 condenser over a Behringer DDX3216 digital console into Ardour. The sample has been normalized.
This sample was recorded from the defective medium wave section of the radio. There is a 50Hz hum and some clicks and crackles that resemble a Geiger counter.
