Explosion extracted from a video (<a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gMPnaYlErS0" rel="nofollow"><img src="http://img.youtube.com/vi/gMPnaYlErS0/3.jpg" /></a>) by a US Government agency, <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Public_domain_resources#U.S._federal_government" rel="nofollow">thus</a> public domain. Note that while the video uploader may not be a soldier, the video material was made by an US Army soldier during duty. The extracted sfx were not edited and in this case the public domain still applies even when it's part of a video not made by an US army soldier on duty.
