Description
It's calm Sunday afternoon in a rural area in South of the Netherlands. It's warm winter-day, Just a few birds active, hear the ticking of a woodpecker searching for some food under the bark of an oak. Sometime you can hear her call. Far in the distance a dog barking now and than. It's lovely here and almost no wind. Some people working far away and sometime a far high altitude plane. The low-level humming of the A2 highway on 1.5km.
It's a relaxing ambience for me. Hope, even you were not there, you can enjoy this recording.

Haanwijk, Sint Michielsgestel, Holland (The Netherlands), Europe.
Small wood (300x500m) between, estate Oud Herlear and hamlet Haanwijk. Surrounded by farmland and wetland. Far from me (1.5 km) the A2 highway and some local roads.

Winter, Wind 0-2 bft SE, temp 9c, cloudy, dry, MIC POINTED South
