Description
You know that scene in a cartoon where Sylvester or someone has just been conked on the head and they're trying to clear the cobwebs? That's what I was going for here. You can probably mess with the pitch or tempo to get a more cartoonish effect if that's what you are looking for. Tried to find something similar on Freemake without success, but then I don't exactly know how one might describe this sort of sound effect to search for it properly.
