Thunderbolt siren nonfunctional at Waimalu Elem School Thursday 5/1/08 at 11:45 AM. This is the audio portion recorded with an Olympus WS-311M. I set the High Noise Cancelling feature to mute the Moanalua Road and H-1 Freeway noise in the background.
