an alien invasion for a movie i`m planning on to do next summer.
gunfire with constant radio chatter.alot of big machine horn sounds up close and in the distance. carefully mixed in some air raid sirens, ambulances en general sounds of chaos.
i did in this in FL studio and got samples from freesound youtube and more.
the alien sounds are made from scratch in a plugin called sylenth1. i took a saw waveform and added pitch modulation, compression, EQing and a whole lot of distortion. then i messed around with a lowpass filter to create different effects. from the alien roaring to some other stuff.
