Description

Recording of a petrol-driven circular saw being used to cut paving slabs in half. Recorded from about 10-15 metres away. The sheer volume of the recording masks a lot of the ambience, giving a fairly clean recording considering the setting.

Recorded in stereo at 48KHz, 24-bit on a Zoom H4.
