Robotic Computer Countdown

Description
A Robot, cyborg or computer counting down. It's HEX-based (F to 0), so there are 16 numbers, values, sounds. In their language, this gets more and more intense and heated towards the end but you'd have to spoeak it to get it.
The numbers are placed at 1 second intervals:
#0:00 tick-tack-tack-tick
#0:01 drdrdrdr tck-tck
#0:02 trrrrrrrrrr
#0:03 chaotic clicking
#0:04 trrr and then another tratrararar joins in
#0:05 trr-driiriririri swiping
#0:06 trr-brabrabrabra (in stereo+)
#0:07 brr, brrr-brr
#0:08 tra-tri-tro-tri while there's a noise at the start and end that's different
#0:09 full on bzzzzzzzzzz
#0:10 bzzzuuuu zuuuub in both directions
#0:11 like above but with even more noize
#0:12 surprisingly subtle tra-tarat-ratratara
#0:13 emergency buzz
#0:14 kli-kla-klackong with a buzzz (paging dr. beat/calling dr. beat)
