Radio Chatter Soundscape

Soundscape atmosphere based on communication radio chatter. The speech is processed to sound indistinct so it should work for almost any language or situation. Maybe useful for a scene when someone wakes up in a hospital after an accident, and they're recalling the events that caused them to be there.
