This sound was created to pair with 131660 by Bertroff, "Game Sound Correct." It was created by pitch-shifting in Audacity the "correct" sound.
The intention is to enable the original sound to be used for "turning on" / "enable" sound effect, and this one would be used for the corresponding "turning off" / "disable" sound effect.
