Description
This sound I recorded by Punching a bad full of lettuce. I put a whole lettuce in a plastic packet and then I punched the bag over and over , until all the lettuce was broken , therefore creating punching foley. Furthermore I added more low tones in editing so that it sound more like punching a human being. Rather than hearing thew packet crinkle while you punch it.
