Slow Creaky Piano Pedal Press
by Werra
Description
Slowly depressing the pedal on an old upright piano, the slow tension movement of the brass pedal causes the mechanism to creak as it moves the friction dampers into position.
You can also hear the faint reverberation from the detuned strings as it reaches the final position.
Creak sounds are always useful.
100+ year old upright piano, microphone placed directly inside. (Sample 3 of 4)
