Retro, slipping!
A slip with a retro-feeling to it, for example when the player character has walked on a trap and slipped. In other words - an unexpected slip! Maybe the player character walked on a banana, or on soap?! Or maybe the player character ran too fast?
Just to play with the idea even more - maybe the player character ran too fast but quickly managed to turn to opposite direction?!
