This sound or collaborations of other sounds was made using FL Studio 11 along with "Paul's Extreme Sound Stretch". Various VST's effects were applied to these sounds before stretching. This sound may or may not have been altered via stretching, panning, Equalization, Parametric EQ, Reverb, Delay, Distortion, Filtering/Lows/Highs/Mid's, Layering, chopping and many other sound manipulation techniques.
