Heard this out my window at 11:30 at night, 05/14/20, Central New Jersey. Probably a fox. From some brief research into fox calls (there are over 40 known calls) with this video <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J6NuhlibHsM" rel="nofollow">https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J6NuhlibHsM</a> it sounds like either an Alarm Bark or Vixen Scream.
