Description
I think something zoomed downward right in front of you. I basically generated white noise with Audacity and applied a fade-out effect to it. Then I filtered it with the filter envelope in the Instruments section using OpenMPT 1.25.04.00. Then I played it back in a different note while recording it with Audacity, and applied another fade-out effect.
