Cloud Poof

A video game sound for when you place a building construction site in a real time strategy game and there is a cloud of smoke and instantly the building (or its construction site) appears. Can be used for any other cartoonish cloud/smoke or instant appearing/disappearing magic or movement/dash/sprint/jump(?) sound I suppose.
