Wind-up/Tightening

Winding up/tightening of a clockwork mechanism. Made from some sort of clockwork thingy that I found ;)

HELP!:
You can hear in the background some sort of high pitch sound that keeps going on and off. I've had this problem for a while now. If you know why that happens and how to prevent it, please let me know! :)
I'm using a Tascam DR-40 field recorder with a røde NTG-1 shotgun mic.

Thanks to the help of Timbre <a href="http://freesound.org/people/Timbre/" rel="nofollow">http://freesound.org/people/Timbre/</a> I finally know how to get rid of the annoying high pitch sound. (Only in post though, still don't know how to prevent it when recording) So if you want a version of this sound without the high pitch noise, Timbre fixed it and uploaded it to his page as a 'remix' of mine ;)
