I had a hard time classifying this one. While it could be a notification sound for a device, it could also be so many other things. A sound heard when one starts a new game, closes a window, acquires an important item in an open world game, finishes or starts or fails a quest, etc. Perhaps it's a vocalization for a strange underwater creature?
