Recorded 12/5/2018 at 8992 kHz using WebSDR.
A staticky, echoed voice reading out numbers and letters in the phonetic alphabet. If I remember correctly, this came from some kind of American military station. Not sure if it qualifies as a numbers station (I'm no expert) but tagging it as such anyway just in case.
